    Food Studies as an academic discipline is a social science drawing on concepts from Nutrition, Public Health, and Social Work with a focus on food. What we often misunderstand is the depth and breadth of food as it relates to society.

    Please join Food Studies Undergraduate Program Director Mary Kiernan as we look at the different areas that make up this program, and the ways that you can impact change in your community and beyond!
